The Association of Irish Riding Clubs has suspended all activities, with immediate effect, for the foreseeable future while the Connolly’s RED MILLS Hunter Trials Championships has been postponed.
This includes all club, regional and national activities including meetings, training lessons, etc.
The decision was taken in light of the ever changing situation regarding the Covid-19 pandemic.
It is envisaged that the Hunter Trials will be rescheduled to a new date in September. Members are asked not to contact the venue directly.
The situation will be regularly monitored and we will keep you informed as the situation evolves.
In the meantime, take care of yourselves, your families and your animals while observing all necessary protocols in place.
Our office remains closed to members of the public but our staff continues to answer your emails and phone calls while post is also monitored during this time.
The next 7 days are vital. Now is the time to #FlattenTheCurve. Every one of us must play our part. #COVID19 #coronavirus | @CMOIreland | @ronan_glynn | @SimonHarrisTD | @HSELive pic.twitter.com/yqv4f745WO— Department of Health (@roinnslainte) March 17, 2020
