A Christmas message from our Chairperson

Our chairperson, Tony Ennis, has a Christmas greeting for our members.

Dear Member,

As the year draws to a close I would like to take this opportunity to thank our members and volunteers for their exceptional commitment during 2020.

The past year has been like no other. Little did we know what was going to unfold last March before the country went into lockdown. It has been a very challenging year on many fronts but hopefully, the worst is behind us.

The Board, as always, is fully appreciative of the long hours put in and dedication of our members at all levels of our Association. In particular, we would like to thank our members who have been and continue to work on the front line.

Despite all of the difficulties we encountered this year, we were able to resume some of our activities on a phased basis in June. This gave us a great heart to see the enthusiasm and positivity around the country.

Thankfully we were also able to run our Hunter Trials championships in September and we are working on delivering a much fuller programme of activities in 2021.

Finally, on behalf of the Board, I would like to wish you and your family a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. We are looking forward to 2021 with enthusiasm and hope that we will all be out enjoying our sport around the country very soon.

Yours in sport,

Tony Ennis,
